Along with offering private lessons at my studio in Pinellas Park, I teach at several area studios:

I  teach classes at the YMCA  in Saint Petersburg, FL located on 1st Ave South.  I teach Tai Chi every Wednesday and Friday at 8:00 am.  I teach Yoga classes on Mondays at 7:50 am, Tuesdays at 4:15  and 7:30 pm, Thursdays at 7:50 am, 4:15 pm, Friday Mornings at 6 am and Saturday mornings at 8:30 and 10:05 am.

I also teach a  Yoga class every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 12:00 until 1:30 and Wednesday at 6:30pm at my studio in Pinellas Park.  Classes are a donation of 12 dollars.  No one will be turned away due to lack of ability to pay. 

The second Friday of each month will be a guided meditation called Yoga Nidra.  We meet at 6:00 for a Breath Empowerment session prior to the mediation.  Yoga Nidra begins at 7:00

These classes are at the Pinellas Park Studio.

The cost for all classes is 12.00.

I am offering an hour massage for 45 dollars from now until the end of the year.  Gift Certificates are available.  Send an email from this website and mention that you read it here. 

I am a LMT in the State of Florida (MA54851/MM27733).  I offer a great therapeutic and relaxation massage at a great price.  I will see clients for 30 minutes for 30 dollars ( though this is not really enough time to get the full benefit of the session, I realize we are all very busy.), 60 minutes for 60 dollars and 90 minutes for 80 dollars. 

I see clients on short notice, days, evenings and with prior notice on weekends.  I hope you will take advantage of this service.  Please do not let the cost prevent you of coming in.  I will work with you on an individual basis.

I would like to introduce myself;

I joined the US Navy while still in High School.  I served our country for 30 years.  I loved most of my time spent in the service.  I am blessed to have had the opportunities I was given in my life. 

After retiring in 2006 I spent a few years in corporate America and found the fit a little to tight.  So, after a life changing coaching session from now good friend, Merci Meglino, I gave the "job back".  

I had been teaching T'ai Chi and Yoga while in the Navy and decided to teach full time.  

I relocated to Saint Petersburg, Floridain December of 2006.  I have opened up a small studio in Pinellas Park and offer private lessons there.
